Using gaze

gaze helps you identify and understand art through photos and chat. You must be able to form a binding contract to use it.

Your account

Keep your login secure and tell us about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Use gaze lawfully. Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, or try to access it in unauthorized ways.

Plans and payments

gaze offers a single-visit pass at $6.99 and a 7-day pass at $8.99. Prices and billing details are shown before you buy and may change with notice.

Content and rights

gaze and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Artwork images and information may belong to museums or other third parties and are provided for learning.

Provided as is

gaze is offered on an as-is basis. We cannot guarantee every answer is complete or error-free, so please use your judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, gaze is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
